The staff were very friendly upon arrival and for the duration of our stay. The room was very well equipped with all amenities you could think of. Balcony was a bonus! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the aircon was on point. Cantonese restaurant was good, although a few dishes were forgotten about, but the male waiter was very young and apologised for his mistake. Food was tasty and decent portions, although a little pricey.

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. The facilities are great too. Unfortunately, i didnt have enough time to enjoy it. I would like to give special thanks to Mr Hao who has been very patient in assisting me on arranging my transportation and also gave suggestions that really made my stay in Tainan a wonderful one.

Bed is huge! We upgraded by paying abit more. So the room was super big and with sea and river view.

The overall experience was satisfactory. The environment was peaceful and calm. However, we feel that the in-hotel buffet could be improved.

The best front desk staff at any Taiwanese hotel I’ve ever stayed in. All the reception staff tried to be friendly, welcoming and genuinely engaging. Excellent breakfast. Lots of variety. Comfortable room Big bath Good view A place that got some small details right that many others in Taiwan miss - e.g. in room coffee was good, iron and ironing board provided, bath robes, good toiletries, multiple staff went out of their way to recommend something or make a suggestion that was helpful. I love some hotels in Taiwan, but staff are never this genuinely friendly. Especially, towards non-Taiwanese. This hotel must have excellent training and recruitment in place.

-The room layout was great. -Rooms were very quiet, tidy, comfortable and clean. -Swimming pool and gym were ample and modern. -Customer service was super, especially the morning concierge man, who went above and beyond to help with a translation issue! -Breakfast selection was good, particularly the pork gua bao, yum!! -Parking and check in were easy enough.

Overall, I had a great experience. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to gateway. Chief concierge Mr.Chen was incredibly helpful and kind. He showed care for us.

The view is absolutely nice in Tainan. You could have a whole view on the national wetland park there. Its view could be the best and set as the landmark.
